What is a Virtual Run?
A virtual run or virtual race is an online event can be run at any location at all. You can run outside, Mum & daughter runwalk, or even use a treadmill to participate. You can complete the run at your own pace wherever you like. Choose a hilly course, a flat run, go slow with friends or chase a PB, a virtual run can be what you make it.

Run the 123… can you keep up with me?

At OUTFIT health + fitness we don’t suggest ‘hard structured training’ for young children, but have established the 123 Virtual Run as an ‘opportunity’ for kids to be more active (if they’re not already) & have fun exploring running. Have fun helping them discover the great benefits of exercise.

Run the 123 & see how fast you can be

Many people have expressed the desire to raise funds for Children’s charities through our 123 Virtual Run in 2014. Here are 4 of our favourite Children’s charities where you can help spread the love of your 123 Virtual Run; The Smith Family, The Indigenous Literacy Foundation, Children’s Promise & Save the Children. Even sponsorship of just $2/km will help brighten a child’s future.

Have a great run!
