  • Boxercise programs teaching self defence and general exercise
  • Exercise class intros such as circuit strength, cardio blitz & core
  • Touch Football skills program
  • Throwing skills program for pre school & primary school
  • Kicking skills program for pre school & primary school
  • Team sports galas including soccer, netball, football & cricket
  • Traditional Indigenous Games (TIG)

The Indigenous Games are a great way to introduce students to games and ideas they would have not have experienced otherwise. The games can be paired with classroom activities aligned with numerous HSIE syllabus topics.

The TIG are best conducted as a term program (introducing new games & regions in successive sessions), but the program can also be held as a 1 day gala style event, which suits important days such as;
