Michael Hennessy has been involved in Mercy College’s Get Active Programme since 2009. This programme was designed for Years 7 to 10 students with the objective of providing them with an hour and a half of enjoyable physical activity once a fortnight. Michael organised and ran a range of activities to suit a particular year group and the facilities available to him. The activities included Dance, Boxercise, Traditional Aboriginal Games and Fun Fitness.
