As a mum of two small children, I hadn’t exercised properly for about 5 years before I started training with OUTFIT. I was apprehensive at first as I was totally unfit but Michael tailored a program which was perfect for me and I have thoroughly enjoyed every session with him. Michael Hennessy has been involved in Mercy College’s Get Active Programme since 2009. This programme was designed for Years 7 to 10 students with the objective of providing them with an hour and a half of enjoyable physical activity once a fortnight. Michael organised and ran a range of activities to suit a particular year group and the facilities available to him. The activities included Dance, Boxercise, Traditional Aboriginal Games and Fun Fitness.
