Personal training is exactly that…. Personal. This means that your trainer knows your strengths & weaknesses (physical, mental, vocational, dietary & social). At OUTFIT health + fitness we focus strongly on the individual. We pride ourselves on knowing our clients and giving you the best service you want. It is for this reason that personal training is so effective at helping people achieve their goals. Different people need different programs, training styles and physiological stressors to elicit changes. You won’t find any ‘off the shelf’ programs with our personal trainers.

Training Options
1 on 1 personal attention to give you the most specific training tailored 100% to your goals and help you achieve your best. Personal training starts from $99 per session (as part of a 10 session pack) and can be held in a variety of locations. Contact us to book an initial session and speak further to one of our exercise specialists. One off personal training is $110 for Cert IV instructors & $125 for degree qualified exercise specialists. Our mates rates program is very popular as it offers a reduced price training option and also has the added bonus of developing your fitness with a training partner to help support you (& you them) through the ‘not so easy’ points in your transformation.

Platinum OUTFIT
This top level service includes Initial fitness assessment, personalised program, and 6 weekly reassessments. Three personal training sessions/week and additional online and phone support. Fortnightly massages and 3 consultations with an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD). The platinum service also offers your own personal boxing gloves, training mat and skipping rope. For attention to every detail and 7 day support Platinum OUTFIT gives you everything!
