The online training options provide personalised training plans combined with online (email/Skype) and/or phone support. The programs are constructed specifically for your individual goals whether they are to improve fitness, weight loss, specific event training, toning up or just anything else you’d like to work towards. The plan is progressive so it changes as you become stronger, fitter, faster. Every month the program is reviewed and updated to ensure it continues to challenge you and provide the results you require.
Online training plans are $77/month, which includes the personalised plan emailed to your inbox as well as email, Skype and/or phone support.
